Blood Collector Tube (Vacuum)

Vacutainer is a blood collection tube with a vacuum to facilitate blood collection. It is a sterile plastic tube with a closure that is evacuated to create a vacuum inside facilitating the draw of a predetermined volume of blood. Vacutainer tubes also contain additives to stabilize and preserve the blood specimens prior to analysis.
